To make a public Associate post on The Blend.
- Visit the Start page.
- Locate the 'Actions' button on the top right corner of the Local Posts box.
- Choose 'Add a Post'
- Select the category, 'Office Post - Promote key events and topics. Available to office staff only.'
- From here select the category for your 'Associate Post'
- Choose from Announcement, Featured Class, Featured Agent, etc!
- Add details for this post. Fill in the required information, and any other details.
- Initially, you will have the option to add a single photo or PDF file.
- You can also set the Publication Level to “My Office Only” and “Regional Offices” and "Let Me Choose"
- Select to allow Article Comments or not by checking the box
- Select to Pin Article or not. This option will put your Office Post at the top of the Blend on the Start page. If you choose to pin the article you can also select when to un-pin it.
- When you're satisfied with your post, click the 'Actions' in the top right corner of the 'add a post' box.
- From here you can select to 'Share'
- On a side note, Blend Posts are collected and sent out in a Daily Digest to all associates.
