To request assistance within Back Office from either our support team, or your office staff you’ll first need to select the question mark icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you’ve done so, you’ll be presented with the option to choose between your local staff, or to reach out to our support team.
If you select your office staff you will be taken to a second page where you can select the department you wish to request assistance from. Select the department and you can then draft and send your inquiry.
If you select to reach out to our support staff, you will be taken directly to a page where you can create and send your request.
