A signature is automatically added to all emails sent from this system by your account. You can adjust the appearance of this signature at anytime.
You can add or update your Email Signature from the Settings section within your Account Profile.
To do this:
► Hover the mouse over your profile thumbnail and click the Settings link. (top right of any page).
► Then select the “View Email Signature” link.
From this page you will be able to add or update you email signature accordingly.
There will even be an option to 'Reset to Basic Signature' if you ever wanted to start over.
