To Submit a transaction you will first need to complete all the Transaction requirements.
Once the Transaction requirements are complete, you will now see the option to submit is highlighted in blue and ready to go.
From the Pre Closing phase, select the Submit button found in the top right corner of the transaction details on any page.
After the Transaction has been submitted you will then need to Create or Modify the Funding Request.
You can then add the Sale commission amount or click the Calculator to determine the percentage your receiving on your commission.
For the next part, you will be able to confirm any payouts that are needed or add any unexpected payouts that might have occurred. Make sure you add any Agent Remarks that are needed to explain any unexpected fees.
Once you have confirmed the request, make sure you select the option at the bottom to Create Funding Request.
There is one more thing you must do before the Transaction is fully submitted. You must select the 'Continue to Submit' button and 'Submit Transaction'.
Once you choose to Submit the Transaction, there is nothing more that is needed. A notification has been sent to your Managing Broker for review and approval.
